Dogs sent to Florida

- Loving Friends Transport out of Florida was at the St. Martin Parish Animal Services to pick up 59 dogs to bring to the sunshine state. Iberia Parish Animal Shelter gave 25 dogs, St. Martin Parish Animal Services gave 22 dogs, Animal Aid Vermilion Area gave 7 dogs and Animal Rescue Foundation gave 5 dogs. All of the dogs have their basic shots. It will be up to the rescue groups in Florida to have them spayed or neutered.
